NOTICE OF HEARING TO BE CONDUCTED ON PROPOSED BUDGET AND PROPOSED RATES, FEES AND CHARGES OF THE WATER UTILITIES COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT (APACHE JUNCTION WATER COMPANY) FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018-2019 (JULY 1, 2018 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2019)
The Board of Directors of the Water Utilities Community Facilities District (Apache Junction Water Company) will hold a public hearing pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Sections 48-715, 48-716 and 48-720 on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. at the Apache Junction City Council Chambers, 300 E. Superstition Boulevard, Apache Junction, Arizona, 85119, to invite public comment on proposed rates, fees and charges applicable during Fiscal Year 2018-2019 and the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 as set forth below.
The proposed budget is available for public inspection on the district website at www.ajwaterdistrict.org and at the Apache Junction City Hall Complex, Water District Office, 300 E. Superstition Blvd., Apache Junction, Arizona, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
Citizens are encouraged and welcome to provide written and/or oral comments and to ask questions regarding the proposed budget. Senior citizens are encouraged to attend and comment.
